Need Help ..... 2016 King Tour Pac LED Brake/Turn bar install.

Adding it to Tour PAC and don't have a template for holes etc. Too expense to have dealer do it.
Was thinking of removing lens and using housing as template, but it's sealed. Will a heat gun work? Will reseal with silicone.

Trace it out on paper, measure and cut the holes, check the paper against the actual part, if it all lines up then install it using the paper as a template. If it does not line up, get another piece of paper and start over. A file folder works quite well for the paper.

I just installed my king tour pack and ordered an LED light bar. The dealer is quoting a crazy high price for the wire harness. How did you do the wiring? I have not traced wires out yet but figure could do a little spliceing before I drop $600 on a wire harness.

Don't bust it open. Just look inside an Ultra tour-pak to see how it mounts

Compare the wiring diagrams from an Ultra and a Street Glide.
