Screamin Eagle air filter noise

I have a 2014 SGS with a stage two upgrade. I am getting a noise/gurgle out of the air filter area when idling and light riding. It goes away under heavy acceleration. My mechanic says that when I went to the Bassani DNT mufflers with the open megaphone the back pressure changed. I totally agree with that. However, the fairing seems to echo the noise. I have the screamin Eagle heavy breather (forward cone setup). Anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there anything that can be done for this?

I have a 2011 Street Glide with the Heavy Breather Kit, V & H Hi Output 2 into 1 Pro Pipe and T-Man 600 Cams. When at an idle and cold, I have a noise coming from the Air Filter that kinda sounds like a Pop Corn Popper. Not 100% sure but my guess on my Scooter I'm hearing some Cam overlap that goes away (for the most part) when the RPM's are higher.

My guess is one of the Tech's on this site can shed some light on the topic!
