Some say in listing no tuning needed others don't say anything.imo I don't think so with a factory cat. Pipe.others will share more info I'm sure.

2018 SGS just had bassani DNT put on also, used a tuner and changed out air filter
Great new sound and noticed a little torque increase. Overall outstanding

I installed a stock decatted header on my buddy's 2017 RGS and he has been riding it without a tuner for at least a month now. In fact, he just bought my Screamin Eagle wedge A/C last Friday, installed it and still has been riding without a tuner. He says the bike runs fine without one.

I have the same on my '18SGS. I installed the slip ons one week them ordered the Cobra Head Pipe. What a major difference. Love the sound
