Rode to 6 Bends Harley in Fort Myers. Got here and they had some kind of event going on!

Got caught in the rain on the way back on US 41. Rain in the middle of the Everglades is no joke! Had to pull over and let it pass. Some of the friendly wildlife kept me company.

Went to police rodeo at Palm Bay Harley Davidson. It was great.

Washed, waxed and ridden. Didn't ride far, but I needed a day to just relax and forget about work. Ordered fuel moto 881 LEDs for passing lamps, but I'll probably wait till after Xmas to get the hardware in case Santa brings a Harley gift card for me.

Took the day off and went on a celebratory fishing ride.

Took the day off and got in 220 miles. Not to bad for November in MI.

Put on a 2015 Ultra Classic seat and went for a test ride. Felt like a whole new machine except for sitting up up slightly higher and having a wind issue. Borrowed a friends 6" Freedom Shield and it was perfect. The tour pack seems to flow better now with the gap filled in with the passenger seat being as wide as it is, compared to the stock seat.

1. Installed aux lights with fuel moto (cryon brand) 880 LEDs. Took it out for a ride and enjoyed some extra light. I forgot that the touring models are defaulted to turn off the aux lights when hi beam is on though so I'll go back tomorrow to see if they still offer a flash to change that.

2. Installed saddlebag guards.

3. Tested saddlebag guards. Was doing figure 8s in a parking lot and went a little too far! Need more practice. Guards did their job though and no painted parts got damaged.
