What did you do to, or on your streetglide today?

Couple days ago I buffed out the scratches from the stock seat on the rear fender... Gettin' ready for my new Mustang vintage solo! Going to 3M the rear fender so I can still put a passenger pad on without scratching the paint.

Rode 250 miles with a couple of buddies to Glen Rose, ate at Coyote Loco..
Great ride.. despite temps starting at 43 !

Changed my engine oil. Also tightened my Muffler clamps and put some weather stripping under the fuel door button to kill some of the rattling. My right muffler was walking off and only being held in place by the support. Oops I didn't tighten it enough when I had them off!

After all that took a 120 mile 'test ride'. Rocker lockers are going on my wish list. I'm also now thinking of boosting my total Stereo output to 300w. If only I had money...

I just retired the HD Daymaker (transferred from my 2014) today to the new Custom Dynamic Halo Headlight with the LED light ring. It looks good with the dynamic ring turn signals and was a direct plug n play!

Mojo. You notice any difference in front of you with that light compared to the HD??

First, cool thread...

I changed my plugs (stock, Harley), new battery (got it on amazon, Yuasa, made in Reading PA) hope it last longer than the Harley ones. And installed the JESCustom fork wind deflectors. Finally ready for our 1800 mile ride coming up in a few weeks!

I had to turn around to snap a photo of this house. Pay particular attention to the trees!

You can take the man out of the ghetto, but you can't take the ghetto out of the man!

Edit: maybe I was riding through the gettho!

I installed Heated Grips on my Street Glide, sometimes I think it would have been cheaper if I would have bought an Ultra Limited, & made the modifications to make it into a Street Glide.

I picked up the 2017 Service Manual and ordered some Cobra 909's from Westend Motor Sports today.

Put on a Klock Werks 6.5 in Flare windshield, man what a difference.

Finally finished, replaced the American Custom Slip-ons with Cobra 909 Twins, Painted fairing vent, Hard lowers, Bag bars, Custom Dynamics Halo light and LED windshield Trim bar. I also prefer the chrome lower fairing instead of painted version on my FLHXS.

I'm with ya on the chrome under the headlight. The reason I didn't buy a s/g special waz the pinstripes & the painted piece under the headlight! Everybody has there own preference, but I like chrome..... until it's time to polish it!! Chris

Got my ride ready to start the season by getting the NY State inspection done then changed the plugs, changed all 3 fluids to Redline. Went for a quick ride then back home and cleaned it up.

Installed Love Jugs on my 2016 SGS. In West Texas we can have 100+ days and I'm just preparing to keep my bike cool as possible. I haven't had my Harley long and just have been getting to where I want it. The PCV and Autotune immediately made the bike run better. My goal is 100HP so I'm looking for a good 2 to 1 exhaust now. Any recommendations?
