7" projector headlight

A buddy of mine showed me this headlight. Has anyone used this light or have any experience with it. For the price I'm thinking about getting it just to try it out.

It looks like a JWSpeaker Evolution 1. Whiter light than stock halogens but not nearly as bright as a Evolution 2
