I just called my dealer and he said it was rebuilding the clutch master cylinder and they would not get any in until next week and they were just notified yesterday about it too.

Ok heres the deal with this recall.

Its a clutch master cylinder primary cup seal. There is a possibility it could tear which would cause the clutch to not stay engaged which could in turn cause the bike to roll out into traffic at a stop.

Parts will be SHIPPED to dealers on the 15th.

So ride with this knowledge and have a plan to kill the bike in case of such a failure.

Be safe out there.

My dealer won't have the parts tell 9/15
They didn't know about the recall yet.

Get on your bad motor scooter and ride

Wondering how long the dealer will take to actually do the work. One would think they could get something like this done in about an hour. Feeling like I don't want to have to get a ride home and back to the dealer - ugh.
