Looking at a 2010 Street Gkide and was wondering if there is anything i should make sure was fixed or done to the bike. I know of some of the issues early on. Is there a way to make sure they were addressed. Its go 42000 on the clock. Thanks.

42k isn’t bad. Ask for service records and see if cams/compensator were done. Test ride it, smooth shifting, no weird noises, no wobble at 40–50 mph. If all that checks out, you should be good.

Thanks. I'm thinking it's got stage 1 kit. Can't tell for sure. Test ride is out of the question right now as it's 5 degrees here in Minnesota. Is rhere a way to tell if stage 1 was done other than pipes and a $12 dollar sticker on the airplane.

Have the service records from 18000 and up. Nothing before that. Not airplane as above, air cleaner is what i meant.
Bike was well cared for. Just want to know the early history.

A stage 1 is just pipes and an air cleaner. Even with those added it should have retuned to compensate for the new air flow. If the bike is at a dealership they would be able to hookup their dealer technician device to see if the bike has a different fuel map in it than the stock one. I would also check to see if the cam chain tensioners and pads have been replaced. A 2010 originally came with rear air suspension. Has that been changed or is it still on it?
