I had Metzlers on my Eglide and loved them. They did not wear as well as Dunlops, but for mountain roads they were hard to beat. On the Streetglide, hear in Michigan, I plan to stay with Dunlops.

Well i noticed i never finish my reply to this thread, I installed a metz 888 and wore it off now i have installed a set of pirrelli's route 66 and they seem nice the metz were way to slippery in the rain.And I only got a cpl thousand miles on it and i remember only 3 gd burnouts...I also installed a new front the tire is a lil bit bigger then the OEM's the feel is awesome in corners I will post rain performance when i hit that point...Cheers

Doesn't seem to matter what brand of motorcycle we are testing but the Dunlops and the Michellins always seem to hold up the best under most conditions. The Metzler was ok, I just didn't like the way it handled at high speeds.
