New LED Headlight from JW Speaker

I finally bought an LED Headlight:

This is a new lamp introduced this fall from JW Speaker. I tried to get the size scale the same in the plots below as the range is doubled on the new high beam plot.

Did you need a special connector or is it a straight plug and play? These look very interesting.

Old 8700: Effective Lumens: 650 (Low Beam), 760 (High Beam)
New 8700 evolution 2: Effective Lumens: 750 (Low Beam); 1150 (High Beam)

Dam I should have waited, bought the 8700 in the spring. I like it but the 8700 phase 2 looks much better.

A lot for a headlight but really it's worth it for the safety.
If I were to hit a deer and live the deductible would be more then that.
I will have one before riding season kicks back off in a couple months.

Did you need any adapters or anything to mount this, other than the wiring harness? Thanks

The wiring adapter should be all that is needed. I just got it for Xmas so it is not installed yet.

Just installed my evolution 2 can't wait for it to get dark. Took about 30 minutes to install but now that I have done it maybe 10 or 15 next time. Really simple install
