How does it look on the SG ?
Look stock or does it stick out further then the stock headlight ?

Get on your bad motor scooter and ride

It looks the same maybe a little flatter on the face but fits the same

Hulkss does this fit in the stock Harley adjustment ring or did it come with a different one?

Fits the stock ring on 14's and 15's not sure on the older ones some needed a new ring.

The Daymaker is the same as the 8700 (until Harley upgrades). See earlier posts in this thread.

Is this a must have? I've only ridden one night in the dark, but it was about as bad as my sportster. That being said, I may want to add LEDs to the crash bar - but want to look around a bit. Since this doesn't really change the look of the bike (I like that it doesn't) is it a dramatic change at. Night?

Also, is it correct to assume all I need to order is the 7" light? The stock ring will work and no modulator is necessary?

I have a 2015 SGS

Thanks!

Yes the 7inch light is the one. You will need the harness for another 25 bucks from Harley and it plugs straight in the loose wires just get tied up as they are for another model.(Shrink rapped mine) You can find all the numbers somewhere in this post if not I can post them again.

This light is one of the best upgrades I have installed thanks Hulkss for keeping us informed

On the install, do you connect the blue female/male flat connector together? Also, there are two loose wires, one blue and one black with shrink on the end of the black wire, do these go anywhere? Thanks

Here's the instructions:
View attachment J05884.pdf

"The two capped wires are not used. Secure to the jumper harness with electrical tape."
"The fourth wire on the LED adapter harness is not used in all cases. It is for the position light on some headlamps."
