Infinity Kappa or Polk Audio. Or anything else it that price range that will mount without too much of a headache. You boys haven't steered me wrong yet !

Going with a flash or line lever? If the latter... go with BT's new line leveler... heard many good things about them.

I have that Fosgate amp paired with the Harley booms. Blew them out twice. Gonna get the kappas. I saw a write up on how to get them to fit into the speaker pods.....lookin for it

IF you are talking about the POD MOD to mount them internally... the procedure is the same for most speakers.... I have videos showing the mods on my YT channel.... search for TGRISKO to find my channel

One more question Spazz, my amp is already installed just gonna get the kappas, can I use the factory speaker harness, i.e. Just take out factory speakers, modify pods and plug in kappas?

Yeah he's (Spazz) a good dude and have never even met him. Saved my tail a couple time during my Yaffe bar install. He knows bikes that's fer sure. Thank buddy.

Hey Spazz you were right, that bolt to remove the speaker pod was a pain in my ass took me about an hour and a half. Alas, I was successful. Gonna mail back these worthless HD Boom Stage 1 for a warranty replacement then sell em. Thanks again

And while I'm at it the Infiniti kappas don't have the clips that these plug into, can't I just cut these off?

What I would do ( for saving factory wiring ) is get the spade connectors that match the factory... use them off the Kappa's with a pigtail and plug into the factory connector. IF you EVER decide to go back to OEM, you can without hassle... for reasons of selling or whatever....

Is there any way you could illustrate this for me that would be a big help. Thanks

Just thinkin through it, I should run a wire (what type?) from the kappas, clip the end with a spade connector, then plug harness into that?????
