Did anyone else get one with their new '16? I didn't and figured they didn't come with one until I met someone on another forums who got one.

You should get a tool kit with a new bike. It's not much so you will have to add to your own for road side repairs.

I got two of them, one in each saddle bag when I bought my '16. But it's more of a HD multi-tool rather than a kit. At lest the ones I got.

Didn't get one for my new 2017 dealer said their not giving them out anymore! But they sell them for I think 40 dollars in the catalog lmao!

There are good kits online.. I've had Windzone for a while and works well.

My '16 SGS came with the HD multi tool. I think it may be up to the dealer to throw it in.

Mine came with it. Looks like an ugly multi-tool.

No tool kit (Multi-tool) with the 2017's. I kept mine from my 2014, ha ha

I wish I knew there wasn't a kit in the 2017 before I traded in my 2012 with the tool kit in the saddle bag.

My sales guy suggested I keep my tool kit as the new bikes didn't have them. They're not much use anyway!

I left mine in the bag when I traded the 14 SGS being nice to the next guy. The CVO has one in it, but it is bigger and more of a kit that the Utility tool which doesn't even have a torx to fit the switch housing when I needed it to fix a throttle/grip issue deep in the NC mountains.

Designflaw: Exactly!

Speaking of torx what sizes are must haves for all those torx screws??? I went and got a 27 for the windshield but I see others on the bike that need a different size. Thanks.

Mine rusted...and the pouch it came in fell apart....the tools on it are crap. I've tried using it....you're better off buying cheap crap from China....but go to Lowes and get some descent tools.
