What did you do to, or on your streetglide today?

Had my stock seat cut up and re-done custom for me by John Longo. Seems better, but a long ride will is in order.

Took off my front wheel and took it in to get a new tire on it. I had 30k on it and I think it had a couple thousand of tread left but it was showing some dry rot so I decided to just replace it now.

I got 20k on my rear tire, 30k on my front, and my front and rear brake pads all got 25k.

Took a 350 mile ride up into CT with my son to the casinos, great ride and bonding.

My wife and I rode up to Pacific Junction, IA and stopped off at Loess Hills HD to pick us up a couple of 115th Anniversary shirts. The temperature was nice and cool going up and slightly warmer coming back, but it was a great time. I love having her ride two-up with me.

Ran a short auto tune session along my favorite deserted highway so I can do runs from 2k-5k rpm in varying gears and throttle positions. Then I took the long way home to get some real world midrange riding.

109 degrees and sunny, I drank a half gallon of water during my 2 hour ride and drank another quart when I came home. It's officially autumn but still hot as balls.

Took my new 2017 Street Glide Special out for a 100 mile ride, luv bugs out. Hate those dam bugs.

Got a new rear tire...OEM 180/65B16. Is it me or has the price of tires gone up? I remember the last tire I paid was $199 plus mounting...about 24,000 miles ago but I was in sticker-shock at over $300 plus mounting.

Just installed the ThunderMax tuner on my 16 SGS... took it on a 120 mile run. Night and day over the stock ECU with FP3!! Best thing Ive done so far

I added inner fairing LED turn signals to my 2016 SGS. Removed the fairing mirrors a while back because I installed 10" bars and put a set of Kuryakyn Heavy Industry mirrors on them.

They are flexible waterproof LEDs that I purchased at my local Pep Boys auto store. Can't recall the brand - I'll check on my next visit. Though I do wish they were a bit brighter.

No worries, I thought they might be specifically for bikes. I'll see if I can find the right connectors and get some from Custom Dynamics

I put a fresh map on my scoot with the FP3 and it may have eliminated my stalling problem.

Damn Scott those look awesome. The radiantz sidewinderz are pretty bright and cheap, just kinda bulky.

Route 50 west of Winchester, VA is amazing. Rode it all the way to Grafton, WV. Staying in Snow Shoe tonight.
