. Added the "stealth" luggage rack... Not that I'll ever use it to carry anything...

I added the Inner Fairing Trim Kit-61400199 but since I already have the gloss black inter fairing I applied Carbon Fiber to the applique before install. I also added the Chrome headlight trim for the new Daymaker (no pic).

Looks good 14flhx.. I am debating similar set up..thought they might be a bit too long. I am 6-2 with stock seat.

I'm picking my bike up this afternoon after SE a/c, V&H slash rounds, SE tuner and dyno. Hoping for good sound and performance.

I'll post the results. I didn't change out the head pipes because I couldn't hack the extra cash this year. I'm planning on doing cams next year, so I'll do the head pipes at the same time and get it retuned.

Results are in. After dyno HP 83.13 TQ 102.25. That's with stock headpipe.

I was actually surprised mine got those numbers. It really woke the bike up. Not only is it much more powerful through the lower gears, but even in sixth, from 75-90 mph, it really picks up and goes now.

I didn't get it all done yet, work got in the way and I made a few changes to my list too. Sorry I forgot to post pics, so here is a few so far.

Aside from the dealer installed upgrades (below) that I had done prior to delivery on my 2014 Vivid Black FLHX Recently:

Factory:
ABS
Security System

Dealer:
Stage 4 103 Kit
Dual 4” Street Cannons - Black
Removed the Cat
Header Pipes too I think
Black Header Covers
Screamin' Eagle Extreme Billet Ventilator Air Cleaner Kit - Cut Back Black
Touring Gloss Black Front End Kit
SE Race Tuner
Dyno Tuned
Maybe more I can’t remember, I'll add as I remember
Boom! Box Premium 6.5GT Infotainment System

The current project I have been working on has taken the last couple of weeks (feels a lot longer doing it all myself with no experience) and still going is as follows:

Phase 1: Completed

Black Daymaker LED Headlight
Black Daymaker LED Aux Lamps
Black Custom Aux Lighting Kit
Boom! Audio High Performance 6.5" Fairing Speakers
Boom! Audio Sirius XM Satellite Radio Kit
Pingel Lowering Kit
4-Point Docking Hardware Kit
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Round Shifter Rod, Black
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Comfort Grips, Black
Short Detachable Passenger Sissy Bar Upright - Black
Smooth-Look Short Passenger Backrest Pad
Detachable Lock
Saddlebag Wall Organizer
Performance Machine Derby Cover Contrast Cut Premium, Black
Hidden Antenna Kit
Replaced Front and Rear Turn and Brake Lights with New Bulbs and Smoke Colored Covers

I Removed these parts, Powder Coated them Gloss Black and Re-installed them:

Primary Cover
Hydraulic Clutch Cover
Cam Cover
Rocker Box Covers
Brake Pedal Assy
Shifter Assy
Floorboards
Rear Foot Peg Assy
Rear Brake Light Assy – Complete
License Plate Assy
4-Point Docking Hardware
Headlight Trim Ring
Transmission Cover
Starter Cover
Kick Stand

I think that’s it so far, it’s been a blur with way to many parts, pieces, bolts, screws, nuts, etc., but somehow I managed to put everything back where it goes.

Phase 2:

Boom Amp
Tri-Bar Light Upgrade
Klockwerks 6.5" Flare Smoke Windshield
Premium Saddlebag Liner
Gloss Black Saddlebag Latch Kit

Phase 3:

Yaffe Dresser Dash
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Floorboards, Black - Front
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Passenger Floorboards, FLHX, Black
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Stabilizer – Black
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Brake Arm w/Peg Black
Arlen Ness Deep Cut Shifter w/Peg Black Heel/Toe
New Levers, not decided yet

Phase 4:

Yaffe 10” Monkey bars
Yaffe Stretched Tank
Replace Factory Seat
21” Front Wheel
Arlen Ness Ignition Cover
Paint inner Faring Gloss Black

Phase 5:

Cut my credit card up into small pieces and burn it!

With RH 4" slip-ons and SE AC mine turned in a 84.69HP/106.68TQ

Wish I could get a reading now with de-catted header and Jackpot X-Over. Feels a lot stronger

That's pretty good! I have the True Dual head pipe and mine was:
Dyno numbers: 89.47HP/105.7 TQ
