What did you do to, or on your streetglide today?

Finished the last Of the Custom Dynamics LED conversion. Front and rear signals, rear fender tip, and headlight installed and took it for a nice easy 100 miler. Life Is Good!

Thanks CoHam. That is an awesome ride. I rode to work today and took the long way home. Got in 50 miles, but as you said, too much sand on the road.

Firenailer – Which headlight did you use? I am still planning my LED conversion.

I went with Custom Dynamics all the way around. The headlight was the black Tru Beam. It’s all plug and play and with the 2 adaptors you can have the halo on constantly with the low and run the high and low beam simultaneously. Mr Magoo should see me in the daytime and at night this thing REALLY lights up the road.

I’m not sure but I think the LED signal/running lights even add more light to the side of the road at night.

Whatever, it’s all WAY better than stock!

Added 21” Gloss Black Reinforcer few days ago on another post, but also added these nifty fin covers. Totally changed left side of bike

It was beautiful in Colorado today! I had to run a couple errands but managed to stretch it out to get in 100 miles.

I also put on Custom Dynamics LED turn signals (love them!), fuel tank console door, highway pegs, and shifter pegs.

I saw the HD Saddlebag LED lights at the dealership. I have been going back and forth between the saddlebag lights and something like a plasma rod on the bike. I would prefer not to mess with detaching the lights each time I take of the saddle bags, but those light were very impressive. Half the fun is planning these mods!

It sure was a great day Sealion! The wind wasn’t as bad as I expected. I managed 220 miles today. I wanted 300, by I went to meet some guys and lost that little bit of rolling time. I now have 540 miles on the big bore kit, so that’s good enough!

I rode mine for 250 miles and rolled over 19,000 miles. Not many miles until you realize it is a 2018 that I picked up in August.

Holy $h!*! Wish I could get that many miles in

All you have to do is retire, become a Head Road Captain for your chapter, and lead a bunch of rides. The miles will quickly add up. Living in East Tennessee helps also with all the good roads around here.

Added an air pressure gauge to my dash. Now I have another goodie to look at while going down the road!

Had an awesome little 160 mile ride from El Paso, TX to Alamogordo, NM today. Had to take advantage of the 80 degree temps.

I admire your spirit Hlgsn. I was not so adventuresome, so no riding. Besides, the grandson was here! I did get a trip to HD in, and I installed my LED headlight, rider’s backrest, a siren, and front axle nut covers.

I normally do not add so much this quickly, but I am getting ready for a ride in AZ next month and I want the bike to look just right for the Indian riders in the group.

AZ sounds nice....I just put on my insulated carhart bib overalls and go. No heated gear. Surprisingly warm but summer will be even better.

Are you headed for Arizona bike week or Laughlin river run ???

Unfortunately, neither. The timing worked out for everyone to be earlier in the month. My in-laws live in Tucson and we are going in and around Sedona for a few days. We might head home via Laughlin though.

The HD dealer recommended those and it was the first I had heard of them. Thanks for the input; I will take a look.
